I had seen a model wear a particular suit on Instagram and wanted the same for myself. I trusted HOS to do the job and I had a wonderful experience with them while getting my graduation suit stitched. My measurements had to be done online since I wasn’t in Bengaluru, and they patiently took all my measurements through a video call. They were also flexible with my time requests and adjusted according to my availability, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism and customer service right from the beginning were excellent.

When I received the suit, I was genuinely very happy with how it looked.The fabric quality, finish, and overall appearance were exactly what I was hoping for. The pants, in particular, turned out unbelievably good and I cant stop admiring them. Absolutely great work! 🙌

After I wore it for my grad, the shoulders felt slightly tight, making it a bit difficult to put on and remove the shirt and blazer. When I mentioned it to the team, they were more than happy to alter it as needed. After a couple of months, I visited the store when I was in Bengaluru and they made slight adjustments free of cost, and the fit is perfect now. I really appreciate their willingness to ensure complete comfort and satisfaction.
